PPC may participate in selected financings but primarily secures debt, equity, and other types of capital from our proprietary network of institutional sources. Given our long-standing relationships with a variety of banks, institutional debt and equity investors, venture firms, and others, we have successfully advised on financings from $2MM to over $100MM. To anyone who has ever required financing, they realize it requires a full-time commitment.  Further, most CEO's and CFO’s are not well versed in the capital markets beyond traditional bank debt.

We quarterback transactions for our clients from the development of a “Sources and Uses of Funds”, to appropriately structuring the transaction, all the way through documentation and funding. Coordinating the efforts of attorneys, bankers, accountants and other advisors is a significant task. We handle all aspects of the transaction to free up senior management’s time. This allows them to remain focused on their business - not with all of the burdens associated with closing a transaction.
